Writing and creating programs and lifting regiments is the most important part of any barbell sport. Having a plan allows a lifter to see how they are going to progress from day one to competition day and prepares them to have the proper mindset when they put themselves under the bar. Our mission is to help people find the strongest versions of themselves and become unapologetically powerful.

HYBRID Powerlifting is an intensive workout program designed to help you build incredible strength utilizing the three main lift regimens: the Squat, the Bench Press, and the Deadlift.

Hybrid Powerlifting Program

Hybrid training immerses you in a powerlifting program that combines powerlifting with kettlebell and other weightlifting routines. The hybrid program increases your strength, power and performance. The results are a stronger, more powerful version of yourself.

About the Powerlifting Coach

Jose DeLeon is a United States Marine Corp veteran and competitive powerlifter. In 2018, Jose started powerlifting and training for strongman competition. His favorite powerlifting lift is the low bar back squat, and his favorite strongman lift is atlas stones. Jose’s personal goal is to have a 300kg squat (660lbs).
