Youth Development at Mad House

Mad House Boxing uses structured youth development to help young athletes build real boxing skills, fitness, confidence, discipline, accountability, and resilience.

Some Pee-Wee and Youth athletes may train during shared class periods while being separated into appropriate training groups based on age, experience, skill level, and development.

Not every Mad House youth athlete competes. Competition is not required.
